TCRT5000L IR Reflective Optical Sensor একটি compact এবং reliable infrared reflective sensor, যা IR emitter এবং phototransistor-কে একটি single package-এর মধ্যে একত্রিত করেছে। এটি emitted infrared light কোনো বস্তুর উপর প্রতিফলিত হলে তা শনাক্ত করে object presence, surface reflection এবং line detection-এর মতো কাজে নির্ভুল output প্রদান করে। দীর্ঘ lead version হওয়ায় PCB mounting ও custom circuit design আরও সহজ হয়।
Sensorটি visible light blocking filter ব্যবহার করে, ফলে ambient light-এর প্রভাব কমে এবং detection আরও stable হয়। সর্বোচ্চ 15mm পর্যন্ত reflective sensing range এবং দ্রুত response time-এর কারণে এটি line follower robot, encoder system, paper detection, object sensing, automation এবং DIY electronics project-এ ব্যাপকভাবে ব্যবহৃত হয়। Arduino, ESP32, STM32, Raspberry Pi অথবা অন্যান্য microcontroller-এর সাথে সহজেই interface করা যায়।
